Images to PDF
Combine multiple images into a single PDF file. Choose A4/Letter pages or fit each image, reorder freely — everything runs locally in your browser.
How to use
- Click the drop zone or drag images into it — you can select several at once. WebP, GIF and BMP files are converted to PNG locally before embedding.
- Use the "↑ / ↓" buttons on the thumbnails to set the order; the PDF places one image per page following it. Remove any image you don't need.
- Pick the page size: A4 or Letter (the image is scaled to fit and centered with margins), or "Fit to image" (each page matches the image size exactly).
- For A4/Letter you can also choose portrait or landscape; the orientation option is disabled automatically for "Fit to image".
- Click "Generate PDF" — the file downloads automatically when done. Everything happens locally, with no upload.
FAQ
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Reading the images, laying out the pages and generating the PDF all happen inside your browser (powered by open-source pdf-lib and Canvas). Your images never leave your device.
Which image formats are supported?
JPG and PNG are embedded directly; formats the browser can decode — such as WebP, GIF and BMP — are converted to PNG locally first. Files that cannot be decoded (like HEIC) are skipped and reported.
Is transparency preserved?
Yes, PNG transparency is kept. With "Fit to image" the page is exactly the image size, so transparent areas usually appear white in PDF viewers.
Is there a limit on count or size?
No fixed limit, but device memory applies. We recommend up to 100 images or about 200MB total per run; very large images are proportionally downscaled below 4096 pixels to keep conversion stable.
